How to choose who does your project

Freelancer, ready-made material, agency, or in-house? Every option below is genuinely better than us in some situation. Here is which, and why.

Most comparison pages exist to conclude that the company who wrote them is always the answer. This one does not, because that is not true and you would not believe it anyway. Below is what each kind of supplier is structurally good and bad at — and at the end, plainly, when you should not use us.

A ready-made project material

You need a reference example of how a project in your department is structured
Your topic is common and already approved
You have time to rewrite it into your own work

Wrong when

Your topic is specific or newly approved — no pre-written material will match it
Your school runs similarity checks, and so does everyone else who bought the same file
You need data collected from your own study area

Genuinely useful as a reference. Dangerous as a submission. If this is what you need, our materials library is the honest option and it is cheaper than commissioning work.

Often the right answer for a single small task. The risk is not skill, it is structure: one person is one point of failure, and there is no cover when a deadline collides with their other work.

There is no written scope, so "what was agreed" is whatever the chat can be read to mean

The speed is real. So is the absence of a paper trail. We use WhatsApp too — for conversation — but the scope, timeline and price go in writing before any work starts.

A large build with a dedicated budget
You need ongoing maintenance and a support contract
Procurement requires a registered vendor with formal processes

Wrong when

The project is a final year build or a first version
You need it in weeks, not quarters
Minimum engagement sizes exceed what the problem is worth

The right choice above a certain size. Below it, you pay for account management and process overhead that a smaller project does not need.

Hiring in-house

The work is continuous rather than a project
The system is core to your business and will change constantly
You can supervise the work technically

Wrong when

You need one system built once
Nobody on the team can technically assess the hire
The need is urgent — recruitment is slower than delivery

If you will need this capability every month for years, hire. If you need a thing built, buying the thing is cheaper than buying the capability to build it.

When not to use us

An off-the-shelf product already does it. If existing software solves your problem for a fraction of a custom build, buy it. We will tell you when that is the case rather than sell you a build.
You need it in a few hours. We scope before quoting, and scoping takes a conversation. For genuinely same-day work, someone already familiar with your project will be faster.
You want someone to sit the defence for you. We prepare you to defend the work and explain every decision in it. We do not pretend to be you.
You need the capability, not the output. If this work recurs every month for years, hire someone. Buying a thing once is cheaper than buying it repeatedly.

Questions people ask first

How much does a final year project cost in Nigeria?

It depends on what you need done. Our published starting prices are ₦2,000 for a verified research pack, ₦5,000 for a literature review draft, ₦8,000 for a proposal and ₦20,000 for chapters one to three. A full project is quoted after we see the topic and requirements, because a chemistry project with laboratory data and a business project using a questionnaire are not the same work.

How much does custom software cost in Nigeria?

Software is quoted, never listed. Anyone quoting a price before understanding the requirement is guessing, and guesses are revised upward mid-build. We scope first, write down what the system must do, and only then commit to a figure and a timeline. If the scope turns out smaller than you expected, we say so.

Is it cheaper to buy a ready-made project material?

Yes, considerably — and for some situations it is the right choice. A material is a reference example. It cannot match a topic that was approved last week, it cannot contain data from your study area, and everyone else who bought it submitted something similar. Use one to understand structure, not as a submission.

Why not just use a freelancer?

For one small task, often you should. The trade-off is structural rather than about skill: a single freelancer is a single point of failure across a project that runs for months, and most projects need more than one discipline — writing, then analysis, then slides for the defence.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the work?

Revisions are included against the scope agreed in writing before work started. That written scope is the point — it is what makes "not what I asked for" a resolvable question rather than an argument about what was meant in a chat.

Do you write projects for students to submit as their own?

We provide research, drafting and technical support, and you remain responsible for what you submit under your institution’s rules. In practice most students use us for the parts that block them — finding real sources, running the analysis, structuring a chapter — and write around that.
